Wage & Hour Litigation
After graduating law school and passing the Texas bar, Jessica Wells joined the team of attorneys at Forester Haynie.
Prior to joining the wage and hour side of the practice, Jessica worked on the firm’s pharmaceutical and medical device dockets.
Jessica was drawn to Forester Haynie because, as a plaintiff’s firm, she believed that her work here would allow her to help others. In her free time, Jessica likes to spend time with her family. She also enjoys visiting new places and spending time with her dogs.
