Our Story

Our story is one of compassion and diversity. Founders Jay Forester and Matthew Haynie hail from working-class families in Texas and Arkansas. They first met as classmates at SMU Dedman School of Law, where they discovered a shared passion for representing everyday people (plaintiffs). Before long, their vision of a law firm emerged.

As attorneys, Jay and Matthew devote themselves tirelessly to their plaintiffs. Both are empathetic listeners and determined problem-solvers, and together they created a team that shares these values.
