Chief Operating Officer

Wage & Hour

Stacy Gibson has practiced wage and hour law since beginning her career in 2014. She has a background in family law, probate, and general civil litigation, but has focused on representing employees seeking lawful pay for the past several years. Stacy takes pride in the favorable results she has obtained on behalf law enforcement officers, home healthcare workers, and other clients, as well as in her work in firm operations and leadership.

Stacy is a proud third-generation Razorback, attending the University of Arkansas for both her undergraduate studies and law school. Stacy served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Journal of Food Law & Policy and an officer on the Student Mentorship Board. She also served on the planning committee for the annual Girls of Promise Conference, a role which she continues to this day.

In her spare time, Stacy enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, volunteering in her church nursery, and floating the Ouachita River.
